Straightpath to elect Student Council Members Online

Chief Election Officer and principal of Straightpath International School announced elections to the council of school prefects to fill 5 seats, namely school head boy, school head girl, arts convenor, sports captain and magazine editor in an online press conference held today.

As the education goes online under the threat of Covid 19 pandemic, the election too will go online following all the regular procedures of a normal election, said Shameer Gazali, the chief election officer.

The online election will be held on 27th of July. Students studying in grades 3 – 10 will have the right to cast five votes each to elect their candidates for the aforementioned posts.
